LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY
All copyrights to the software product Taxcuts Software ("Software") identified are exclusively owned by the Author - JoCal Pty Ltd ("Author"). This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either a Company, Business, individual or a single entity) and the Author. By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the license agreement.

GRANT OF LICENSE
The Author grants you non-exclusive right (“License”) for using the Software. The Software includes documentation and components, and this Agreement applies to the Software as a single whole. The right for using the Software doesn't allow using its components separately. You may install the Software on any computer, but you may not use the registered version of the Software on more than one computer simultaneously.

RESTRICTIONS
You may not:

1) Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
2) Modify, rent, lease, resell for profit, distribute, display, or create derivative works based upon the Software or any part thereof.
3) Grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.
4) Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
5) Any Company, Business, individual or a single entity found in breach of this Agreement will result in instant deactivation of their membership and/or subscription to this site and product. JoCal Pty Ltd will also take legal action to recover any loss of revenue arising from this breach of Agreement and will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

DISCLAIMER

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE PERSON USING THE SOFTWARE BEARS ALL RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.
